We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our dynamic team at Republic Polytechnic School of Sports, Health and Leisure. As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and connecting with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative digital strategies to engage our community
- Create compelling content for various online platforms to promote our programs and events
- Manage and monitor our social media channels, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive online reputation
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports, health, and leisure is a plus
