Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to sports and entertainment enthusiasts attending events at MetLife Stadium.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable experience for fans by providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Proactively engage with fans, anticipate their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, upcoming events, and venue information to provide accurate and relevant information to fans.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences for fans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
