Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to sports and entertainment enthusiasts attending events at MetLife Stadium.
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for fans by providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Proactively engage with fans, anticipate their needs, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, upcoming events, and venue information to provide accurate and relevant information to fans.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and creating memorable experiences for fans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
