As an Innovation Enthusiast, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization by bringing fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table. Your role will involve:

Researching and analyzing emerging trends in the aviation/aerospace industry
Identifying innovative solutions and technologies applicable to our tourism initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and execute innovative projects
Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for enhancing the visitor experience
Monitoring and evaluating the success of implemented innovations

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong passion for aviation/aerospace-related advancements and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for innovation. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the aviation/aerospace industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to think creatively and outside the box
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
