About the Role

As the Heritage Experiences Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and developing immersive experiences that highlight the rich heritage and breathtaking landscapes of Rödeby. Your main tasks will include:

Designing and organizing guided tours to historical sites, picturesque villages, and natural wonders
Creating engaging itineraries that combine cultural and outdoor activities
Collaborating with local communities, experts, and businesses to offer authentic and enriching experiences
Developing partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and transportation providers
Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, History, Cultural Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in the tourism industry, preferably in destination management or travel planning
A deep understanding of Rödeby's cultural heritage and natural attractions
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders
Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in Swedish, English, and an additional language is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
