Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Flight Operations Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our aviation program. As the Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aviation facilities, assisting aviation instructors, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling of aircraft, instructors, and students for flight training sessions
Monitor the availability and condition of aircraft and report any maintenance or service requirements
Maintain accurate records of flight training activities, certifications, and compliance documents
Assist in the development and implementation of aviation training programs
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with aviation industry standards
Assist with coordinating aviation-related events, workshops, and seminars
Participate in regular meetings to provide status updates, suggest improvements, and foster collaboration

Requirements:

Previous experience in aviation operations, preferably in a coordinating or administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Good knowledge of aviation industry regulations and procedures
Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant computer programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
