Job Opening: Creative Sales Associate

As a Creative Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, fostering meaningful connections with our customers while promoting and selling our unique range of art, design, and cultural products.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Present our diverse range of art, design, and cultural products to customers, offering detailed knowledge and insights.
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets through product recommendations and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure an appealing and organized shopping environment.
Collaborate with team members to create engaging displays and contribute innovative ideas to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within a creative environment.
A genuine interest in art, design, fashion, or cultural activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset, always seeking to learn and improve.
