Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative strategies that target multicultural audiences for our clients
Identify emerging trends, cultural nuances, and consumer insights to guide the creative direction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
Oversee the production of multimedia content, including commercials, social media campaigns, and digital assets
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques
Contribute to the growth and expansion of our multicultural creative department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing multicultural marketing strategies
Deep understanding of various cultures, their values, and traditions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in multimedia tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
Fluency in English and at least one additional language
