Role: Roving Caretaker - Nature in Balance

We are currently seeking a Roving Caretaker to join our team in an exciting role that focuses on maintaining the balance of nature within our facilities. This position will require a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of ecological systems and the ability to provide care and support to our unique non-domesticated inhabitants.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of our storage facilities to ensure a harmonious coexistence with nature
Develop strategies to promote biodiversity and create an environment conducive to the well-being of our non-human tenants
Monitor the activities of animals who have found sanctuary within our premises and take necessary measures to safeguard their habitats
Collaborate with local conservation organizations, researchers, and experts to further our conservation efforts
Educate our staff and customers about the importance of environmental sustainability and their role in supporting our cause

Requirements:

A deep passion for nature and the well-being of animals
Knowledge of ecological systems and experience in ecological management
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
An understanding of sustainable practices and a commitment to environmental conservation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
