Position: Strategic Operations Manager

Lead, plan, and execute strategic initiatives to enhance school safety and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative security protocols
Manage a team of dedicated professionals to ensure a safe and harmonious environment
Oversee emergency preparedness and response procedures
Evaluate and recommend the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in our schools

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive security plans
Conduct ongoing security assessments and propose mitigation measures
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and community partners
Provide leadership in crisis situations, maintaining calm and ensuring effective response
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices
Train and educate staff on security protocols and procedures

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience with exceptional decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
Prior experience in security-related roles or emergency preparedness
Knowledge of state and federal safety regulations
