The Position

As our Innovation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to drive growth and enhance the franchise and chain industry. Your role will involve identifying emerging trends, creating innovative concepts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring these ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape within the franchise/chain industry
Generate new ideas and concepts that align with the company's objectives
Develop strategic plans to capitalize on identified opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative projects and campaigns
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies
Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in strategic planning and concept development
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional wisdom
Experience in the franchise/chain industry is an asset
