Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Lead solution workshops and presentations to showcase the proposed system architecture and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Design end-to-end solutions using Pegasystems' robust platform, focusing on enhancing customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
- Guide development teams in implementing solutions, ensuring project deliverables align with design and architecture specifications.
- Conduct system testing and assist in troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices related to experience transformation and digital innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and design, preferably within the Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience management, including digital transformation and omnichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in Pegasystems' technology stack, with previous experience implementing Pega Customer Service or other Pega applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
