We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join Schneider Electric's dynamic and expanding team in Bavaria, Germany. We are currently seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in the Franchise/Chain industry to fill a key position within our organization.

Role: Franchise Growth Strategist

Your Role:

Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive franchise expansion within Bavaria.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster collaboration and ensure success.
Monitor and evaluate franchise performance, providing guidance and support where necessary.
Conduct regular franchise audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
Coordinate with various internal departments to align franchise strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of market trends and dynamics.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with franchise partners.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both German and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Bavaria as needed.
