We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our prestigious Symphony Protection Team at The Winston-Salem Symphony in North Carolina. If you are passionate about ensuring the safety and security of our world-class musicians, staff, and audience, this is the opportunity for you!
Position: Symphony Protection Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain comprehensive security measures to safeguard the symphony's assets, including instruments, equipment, and facilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop proactive strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and security professionals to ensure a safe environment during performances and events.
- Monitor surveillance systems, respond to alarms, and handle emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons and addressing their security concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a related field such as law enforcement, private security, or military.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make sound decisions under stress.
- Valid driver's license and clean background check.
