Henndorf am Wallersee Gemeinnützige Wohnungs- und Siedlungsgesellschaft m.b.H. is looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Legal Associate.

Responsibilities:

Assist with legal research and document preparation
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
Support the legal team in handling litigation matters
Maintain and update legal databases and records
Provide advice and guidance on legal matters to internal stakeholders
Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience in a legal role, preferably in real estate or contract law
Strong knowledge of Austrian legal system and regulations
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively in a team setting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications
