Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly-skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies and establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels and strategies
Create captivating job descriptions and advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
Develop and nurture relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry associations to strengthen the company's employer brand and expand talent networks
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring a deep understanding of the roles and requirements
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
