Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly-skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies and establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline utilizing various sourcing channels and strategies
  • Create captivating job descriptions and advertisements that attract high-quality candidates
  • Develop and nurture relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry associations to strengthen the company's employer brand and expand talent networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring a deep understanding of the roles and requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement within the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, sourcing techniques, and selection methods
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
