Job Opening: Active Living Experience Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Active Living Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering unique experiences that encourage physical activity, foster a sense of community, and promote the benefits of an active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging programs and events that promote physical activity, in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Create partnerships with local sports clubs, gyms, and entertainment venues to enhance our offerings.
- Manage a team of enthusiastic instructors, event coordinators, and volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate program success, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal participant experience.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the sports and entertainment industry to stay up-to-date with trends and opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the active living programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to effectively promote our programs and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- An advanced degree in a related field (e.g., sports management, event planning) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in program development and management, preferably in the sports/entertainment industry.
- A strong passion for physical activity, wellness, and community engagement.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by program schedules.
