Position: Expressive Experience Architect

We are currently seeking a motivated and visionary individual to take on the role of Expressive Experience Architect. In this position, you will use your creativity and design expertise to craft compelling experiences that engage, inspire, and uplift our clients. By combining your artistic talent with a deep understanding of human emotions and psychology, you will contribute to creating a harmonious environment that promotes healing, growth, and joy.

Responsibilities:

Devise innovative artistic approaches to enhance the quality of our services and programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions aligned with client needs
Create visually appealing and emotionally captivating designs, installations, and exhibitions
Implement your artistic vision while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints
Stay updated on the latest art and design trends, incorporating them into your work
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and artists to enrich our artistic offerings

Requirements:

A strong portfolio showcasing your artistic skills and unique style
Proven experience in creating and managing art/design projects
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges
Understanding of the therapeutic potential of art/design in a community context
Relevant qualifications in art, design, or a related field
