Position: Adventure Experience Specialist

Job Description

Design and develop unique adventure experiences catered to different customer preferences
Research and identify new outdoor sports and entertainment trends
Create and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
Coordinate logistics for adventure outings and events
Ensure safety measures are in place for all activities
Provide exceptional customer service and ensures customer satisfaction
Promote and market adventure experiences through various channels

Qualifications

Proven experience in planning and organizing sports or entertainment events
Passion for outdoor activities and the Sports/Entertainment industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic environments
Excellent knowledge of Switzerland's natural resources and outdoor destinations
Fluency in at least two languages, including English and German or French
