Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance our organization's visibility and impact.
Collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and residents to identify needs and improve community services.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, nonprofits, and community leaders.
Create and distribute engaging content through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Relations, Communication, or Community Development.
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or similar roles.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and other communication tools.
Passion for community development and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
