Job Title: Network Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall performance.
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with our franchise partners to ensure compliance and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, identify trends, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support franchise locations in executing marketing campaigns in line with the company's brand strategy.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency in brand standards across our franchise network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions that may impact our franchise network.
- Provide training and support to franchisees on operational procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or franchise/chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
