About the Role:

As an Interior Design Specialist at Elk Fertighaus GmbH, you will be responsible for creating captivating and functional interiors for our residential projects. Your attention to detail, artistic vision, and technical expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional living spaces that align with our clients' desires and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design objectives and requirements
Create detailed interior design plans, renderings, and 3D models
Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and craftsmen to ensure quality and timely execution
Implement sustainable design practices and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Present design concepts and proposals to key stakeholders
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Proven experience in residential interior design with a portfolio of successful projects
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong visualization and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
