Responsibilities:

Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for our clients, focusing on brand awareness, community engagement, and positive social impact.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize organic reach and engagement on various digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into the digital marketing strategies.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media engagement and community building.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms such as Google Analytics, social listening tools, automation tools, etc.
Strong understanding of the principles of sustainability and the ability to integrate them into marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
