Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates to join our diverse team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability
Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Creating compelling job descriptions and advertisements
Leveraging various recruitment channels to reach the best candidates
Ensuring compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to confidently assess candidates' qualifications and potential
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media for sourcing
Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian
