Position: Gastronomic Experience Specialist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our team of culinary experts to develop unique and innovative dining concepts
Create menus that showcase diverse cuisines and cater to different preferences
Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
Oversee the procurement of high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
Train and mentor culinary staff in proper food preparation techniques
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new cooking techniques
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests' satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume culinary role
Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Food safety and hygiene certifications
