We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Integration Specialist.
Role Overview:
As a Lifestyle Integration Specialist at Hella Sonnen- und Wetterschutztechnik GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to integrate our sun and weather protection systems into various sports and fitness environments.
Your main duties will include:
- Identifying potential partnerships with sports and fitness clubs, gyms, and other relevant organizations
- Collaborating with product development teams to create tailor-made solutions
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the integration of our products into their facilities
- Creating marketing materials and organizing events to promote our offerings within the sports and fitness industry
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or business development role within the sports and fitness industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- An understanding of sports and fitness clubs' operational requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
