The Role: Production Technician
As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Performing quality control checks on products
- Monitoring production processes to identify issues or inefficiencies
- Collaborating with the production team to improve productivity and meet deadlines
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, if required
