The Role: Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery
Performing quality control checks on products
Monitoring production processes to identify issues or inefficiencies
Collaborating with the production team to improve productivity and meet deadlines
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of machinery operation
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, if required
