Job Opening: Aviation Guest Experience Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all airport guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and security procedures
- Offer guidance and information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, and airport facilities
- Promote and sell airport amenities, such as lounge access and fast-track services
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service-oriented roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
