Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sustainability of our supply chain operations
  • Evaluate existing transportation processes and suggest improvements to minimize environmental impact
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations pertaining to supply chain management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize logistical efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the development of sustainable sourcing practices and ethical procurement guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers align with our sustainability standards
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainable supply chain management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Experience in sustainability initiatives within the transportation or logistics industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience with project management is a plus
