Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sustainability of our supply chain operations
Evaluate existing transportation processes and suggest improvements to minimize environmental impact
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations pertaining to supply chain management
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize logistical efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Support the development of sustainable sourcing practices and ethical procurement guidelines
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure suppliers align with our sustainability standards
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainable supply chain management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
Experience in sustainability initiatives within the transportation or logistics industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience with project management is a plus
