Job Opening: Field Operations Manager
- Responsible for overseeing all field operations and managing a team of technicians
- Developing and implementing efficient farming techniques, tailored to the specific needs of our clients
- Collaborating with research and development teams to drive innovation in the agricultural industry
- Conducting regular site visits to evaluate performance and provide guidance to the field team
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, agronomy, or related field
- Proven experience in managing field operations
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and emerging trends in the agricultural industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus
