As a Legal Compliance Specialist at Saris Cycling Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's adherence to legal regulations and maintaining ethical business practices. Your responsibilities will involve:

Conducting thorough legal research to identify and interpret relevant statutes, regulations, and industry standards.
Developing and implementing company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
Assessing risks and identifying areas of non-compliance, providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in various business processes.
Conducting internal audits and investigations to ensure adherence to policies.
Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of changes in legal requirements and proactively updating policies accordingly.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of legal principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of X years of experience in legal, compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in using legal research databases and software.
Certifications or licenses related to legal/compliance work are a plus.
