We are hiring: Environmental Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will be a key member of our Sustainable Solutions team, contributing to the development and implementation of our sustainability initiatives.
Your goal will be to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, monitor our energy consumption, and identify innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with federal and state environmental regulations
Develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures
Monitor and report on energy consumption, waste management, and emissions
Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to minimize our impact on the environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability projects
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in environmental compliance and sustainability
Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
