Position: Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in Illinois. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience when using our platform.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and delivering effective solutions
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, aiming for first contact resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and provide prompt resolutions
Coordinate with restaurants and delivery drivers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Document customer interactions and collect relevant information to improve our service
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing projects to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
