We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become a part of OGE Energy Corp., one of the leading energy companies in Oklahoma. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Hospitality Experience Advocates, to contribute to our dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and ensure that their needs are met beyond expectations
Create personalized experiences for visitors, assisting them with expert knowledge on local attractions, events, and activities
Develop and maintain relationships with tourism partners, such as hotels, tour operators, and event venues
Promote and market the region as a top tourist destination through organizing and participating in industry events and campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance the visitor experience
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations to provide top-notch service

Qualifications:

Strong passion for hospitality and promoting tourism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and amenities
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field of study is a plus
