Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Job Overview:
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in our industry
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance matters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to our business
- Collaborate with internal departments to address compliance-related issues
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar compliance-oriented role
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to interpret legal requirements and create suitable policies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish
