Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand identity
Design and produce visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into our projects
Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering their growth and development

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
