Innovation Lab Manager

Job Description
- Lead our innovative research and development efforts in the clean energy sector as an Innovation Lab Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new technologies and solutions.
- Oversee laboratory operations, including experimental design, data analysis, and reporting.
- Manage a team of talented scientists and engineers, providing guidance and support.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in clean energy research and ensure the lab remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, academic institutions, and industry experts.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a related field (e.g., Energy Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering).
- Extensive experience in research and development, particularly within the clean energy sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
