As an Advanced Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Commission's cutting-edge technology initiatives and ensuring our industry-leading position in the IT/Software Development field. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced technical solutions to enhance our systems and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technical advancements and propose innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their adoption within the Commission.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing complex software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
