We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Program Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural programs and events suitable for a diverse target audience
Collaborate with local institutions, artists, and community organizations to enhance program offerings
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup
Manage program budgets and ensure financial prudence
Promote programs through various channels such as social media, newsletters, and press releases
Evaluate and assess program success and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Arts Administration, Cultural Studies, Event Management)
Prior experience working in a cultural or educational setting
Proven ability to plan and execute successful events and programs
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Passionate about promoting art, culture, and education
Fluency in French and English
