We are Hiring: Cultural Exchange Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement multicultural tourism programs and initiatives.
  • Create partnerships with local communities, tour operators, and conservation organizations.
  • Design immersive cultural experiences that promote understanding and appreciation of indigenous traditions and customs.
  • Lead educational tours to wildlife reserves, national parks, and indigenous territories.
  • Coordinate logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and local guides.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainable tourism practices and ethical wildlife interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Travel & Tourism, Cultural Anthropology).
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian and international cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Experience in tourism, event management, or cultural exchange.
  • Familiarity with wildlife conservation principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Passion for sustainable travel and wildlife conservation.
