We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team at Afgri Group Holdings in Mpumalanga, South Africa. As a Performance Enhancement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization, focusing on optimizing the performance of our athletes and entertainers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized training programs to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
- Conduct assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses of individuals.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes and entertainers to improve their skills and abilities.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive performance enhancement strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in sports and entertainment performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with athletes or entertainers.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
