Position: Rural Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess opportunities for rural development projects
Develop strategies and initiatives to promote sustainable agriculture practices
Provide technical assistance and training to farmers
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement programs
Evaluate the impact of projects and suggest improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
Proven experience in implementing rural development initiatives
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and rural communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
