Position: Aviation Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team in delivering an unforgettable aviation experience to our visitors. As an Aviation Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in curating immersive experiences, providing interactive demonstrations, and sharing intriguing stories to ignite our visitors' curiosity about the incredible world of flight.

Responsibilities:

Showcase a friendly and engaging demeanor while interacting with visitors of all ages and backgrounds
Lead interactive presentations about aircraft history, technology, and aviation milestones
Assist in the design and creation of educational displays and exhibits to enhance the visitor experience
Conduct guided tours, sharing captivating stories about our extensive aircraft collection
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional visitor satisfaction

Qualifications:

A passion for aviation and a desire to inspire others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to convey information in an engaging manner
Prior experience in a customer service or educational role is preferred
