Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the district's online presence
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
Manage and monitor social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and timely response to inquiries
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
Collaborate with district staff to promote events, initiatives, and achievements on social media
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital technologies

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing digital marketing strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
Highly creative with the ability to produce engaging content
Familiarity with educational settings is a plus
