Job Opening: Guest Relations Specialist

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, providing superior customer service and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism.
Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information, and offering recommendations.
Handling guest feedback and resolving any complaints or issues promptly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
