Position: Wellness Solutions Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team at the East London IDZ Energy Centre. As a Wellness Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness initiatives within the workplace. This position combines elements of healthcare, education, and community outreach to create a positive impact on employees' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs that align with our employees' needs
Provide health education through workshops, seminars, and individual consultations
Collaborate with external healthcare professionals to offer on-site health services
Develop and maintain relationships with wellness vendors and suppliers
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of wellness initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the wellness program

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of health promotion principles and behavior change strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations
Proven track record of successfully implementing wellness programs
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent certification
