Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of hospitality operations
Implement quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage and supervise a team of service professionals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Italian and English
