Position: Professional Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Professional Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of our cheese products from our production facilities to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate transportation and delivery of cheese products to customers using various modes of transportation (e.g., trucks, air freight, sea freight)
Manage relationships with transportation providers, negotiate rates, and ensure service level agreements are met
Develop and maintain transportation schedules, optimizing routes and load capacities
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers
Proactively address any transportation issues or delays and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
Monitor and control transportation costs to ensure budgetary targets are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices

Qualifications:

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and software
Knowledge of local and international transportation regulations
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
