Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute exhilarating outdoor activities and events for individuals and groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities.
- Inspire and motivate participants to push their limits and achieve their goals.
- Adapt activities to the skill level and abilities of each group.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills while working with diverse participants.
Requirements
- Prior experience in organizing and leading adventure or sports-based activities.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and groups.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor environments.
