Flight Operations Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all flight operations for our fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft.
Manage flight schedules, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer experience.
Maintain strong relationships with pilots, ground crew, and other aviation professionals to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize flight planning, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any flight-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field such as aviation, flight operations, or logistics.
Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate operations with internal teams and external stakeholders.
