As an Outdoor Adventure Specialist, you will play a vital role in organizing and leading exhilarating outdoor activities for visitors in Rovaniemi. We are seeking individuals who can create unforgettable experiences by offering a wide range of engaging adventures to suit various interests and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute thrilling outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, canoeing, and wildlife excursions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities
- Provide expert guidance and instructions to participants to enhance their outdoor experience
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure safety and quality standards
- Contribute to the development of new adventure programs and itineraries
Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor sports and adventure
- Experience leading outdoor activities and group expeditions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide first aid and handle emergency situations
- Knowledge of the local terrain, wildlife, and natural landmarks
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- Certifications in relevant outdoor activities and wilderness training preferred
